Terms and Conditions

  1. You should receive your parcel on the first day you selected for hire and the hire finishes when we receive your parcel back at Off The Rails (OTR).  OTR cannot be held responsible for any delays with the carrier including, but not limited to, strikes or misplacement.
  2. The hirer is responsible for all costumes for the full hire period. Any loss or damage to costumes must be reported to OTR under the ‘contact us’ section on the web site or via email.  If the loss or damage cannot be rectified then the hirer will be charged the full replacement value. 
  3. The hirer must not write in or cut labels out of the costumes.
  4. No changes are to be made to the costumes without prior approval of OTR.  Please contact us for this confirmation via the ‘Contact Us’ page on the website or via email. 
  5. The hirer must not wash any of the costumes.  Any costume that has been soiled or permanently damaged by, including but not limited to, washing, make up or false tan will be charged to the hirer at the replacement cost.
  6. Please ensure that your costume return has been packaged appropriately for the carrier as the hirer is responsible for the safe return of costumes.
  7. We do not ship on weekends or Bank holidays.
  8. There will be an additional fee of 50p per costume per day for late returns. 
  9. Orders can be cancelled up to 14 days before dispatch.
